SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer a flat rate of R 95.00 for shipping of all our online orders.

  • All our deliveries are collected daily, once the order has been fulfilled, by our courier partner FCG Logistics. 

  • Our local deliveries around Gauteng are done on the mornings of a specific day of the week only once the order has been fulfilled.

  • Deliveries to all major centres (e.g. Durban, Cape Town, PE and Bloemfontein) are delivered within 3 days after collection. 

  • All other outlying areas take up to 5 days to deliver after collection.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We will gladly refund and /or exchange any order that is defective or damaged. To initiate a refund or exchange, please email des@genuineheritage.co.za.

  • Exchanges will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the original goods. 

  • All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the receipt of the original goods.

  • Credit card refunds may reflect the same day, however refunds to a bank account may take an additional 72 hours.
